Ocean Green Cottages is a quiet community, and is about a third of a mile from the beach, with an outdoor pool, and a beautiful natural marsh area that you'll see from the upstairs balcony. The home features plenty of upgrades, including stainless appliances, beautiful countertops, tile showers, and updated decor and furnishings throughout. The master bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, two twin beds in the second guest bedroom, and they share a hall bathroom.
*Please note, this home is elevated, with parking on the ground level and one floor of living space. There is not an elevator at the property - the use of stairs is required. Parking Height Clearance: The tallest vehicle we can accommodate is 7 feet 2 inches. This clearance is available on the right side of the carport, which is the side closest to the steps. Please note that the left side of the carport is approximately one foot shorter and may not fit taller vehicles.
