Our Story

Every great story starts with a dream—and ours began on a Saturday afternoon at Betty’s kitchen counter. Two friends with more than 30 years in real estate and property management experience, Betty and Sherry shared a vision: to create beautiful, thoughtfully designed spaces where guests could feel at home, unwind by the beach, and make memories that last a lifetime. We believed that if we focused on quality over quantity, and cared for every detail, we could build something different—something better.

Armed with nothing more than determination, coffee, and more than a few notebook scribbles, we laid out a plan. In June 2019, that plan became reality with the opening of Saltwater Grande.
