Saltwater Grande Vacations Policies
Hurricane Evacuation Policy: If state or local authorities issue an order of evacuation of the area, rental guests shall comply with the order. In the event of an evacuation, no refunds will be issued. If you have purchased a travel insurance policy, please reach out to your provider for details on filing a claim.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund, less the cancellation fee (the amount of the required deposit, either $499 or $999, depending on the property), is given only if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations canceled less than 30 days, but at least 14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund, less the cancellation fee (the amount of the required deposit, either $499 or $999, depending on the property). If there are less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be issued. If you have purchased a travel insurance policy, please reach out to your provider for details on filing a claim.
If you booked on a website or app like Airbnb or Vrbo, the cancellation policy may vary slightly. The cancellation policy for your specific reservation can be found in your rental agreement. If you cannot locate your agreement, please contact our office at 843-315-3444 and we will forward a copy to you.

Phone – If you would like to speak to a claim representative, call 833-610-0736. *Please note that call volume is increased during events causing increased claim requests.
