Thank you for choosing Saltwater Grande!Here is some final information you should “know before you go!” Please contact us with any questions you may have before or during your stay. Thanks again, and have fun! For questions, concerns, or assistance during your stay:Call our office at 843-315-3444. If you call, please leave a message if there is no answer! You should receive a return call within an hour or less. A few things to know:Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Thank you very much for your cooperation.Check in time is 3:00 PM, and check out is at 10:00 AM. When you arrive at your property, use the personal door code listed below to access the unit. Keep this code handy, as you will need it to enter the unit throughout your stay. You will be automatically checked in upon first use of your personal door code.If your property requires the use of pool bands, parking passes, or common area keys, these will be located on the kitchen counter next to the concierge kiosk.Your unit will be cleaned and ready for occupancy when you arrive. Bed linens, bath towels, and wash cloths are included. We also provide a roll of toilet paper each bathroom, as well as a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. These items are not replenished throughout your stay. Please contact our office immediately upon discovery of a maintenance or housekeeping concern.
