Look no further! This top floor, end unit, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Summer Times in North Myrtle Beach features luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the main living areas and bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom, and the second bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed. Beautifully decorated throughout! This condo is so close to the beach you can walk if you'd like or park at a public beach access, and is very close to the many attractions, shopping, and restaurants along the Grand Strand.

Two parking spaces are permitted on the ground level. This is a 3rd floor walk-up unit - no elevator in the building.

Have peace of mind knowing every rental includes Accidental Damage Protection by RentalGuardian, covering you for up to $3000 in accidental damages that may occur during your stay. 

Enjoy upgraded bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen hand towels! Departure cleaning is provided, as well as an Essentials Starter Pack, including a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper in every bathroom, and a packet of dishwashing detergent. 

This property is in a quiet residential community. Disturbances that interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other guests or owners at the property will not be tolerated. Large gatherings and parties are not permitted. Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts and mopeds are not permitted. Pool is operating with regulations put into place by SC DHEC. Guidelines will be posted at the pool.
